INSTRUCTIONS Drill a pilot hole in the tree for the spike to go into (3/16” drill bit) Hammer the nail into the pilot hole Space the nails out evenly around the base of the stump Try to remove as much bark as possible to expose the pulp of the tree With trees larger than 2 feet in diameter use more than 10 spikes Sit back and wait for the nail to do its magic!
