With a capacity of approximately 1.5 gallons, it picks up objects between 1.5 to 3 inches in size, such as walnuts, small fruits, Sweet Gum Balls and Magnolia seed/flower head, however, it does not pick up acorns or pecans. Easy to use, simply roll over the large item you would like to pick up in the rust and water resistant, durable carbon steel wire cage and repeat until full. To empty, simply open the cage with its quick release cage spreader.
