This controller is an ideal solution for your cheesemaking “cave”. Inkbird Digital Humidity and Temperature Controllers can regulate both humidity and temperature of an aging space or fermentation chamber. It can control both a humidifier and de-humidifier. For large cheesemaking operations, this unit will allow you to operate a humidifier, a de-humidifier, or both. This allows you to actually select a target relative humidity level and acheive it. For small cheesemaking operation, it may not be practical to use a humidifier or de-humidifier, but you still need to measure the humidity of your aging space. This unit can be used to monitor the humidity. The reported humidity value can be calibrated easily for accuracy. It can control both a refrigerator and a heater. The controller is easy to use and can maintain a very narrow temperature range because it can be used to control both cooling and heating systems. The included temperature probe is detachable and comes with a five foot cable. Our recommendation for cheesemaking. For most of our home cheesemakers, this unit will be your solution to turning a small refrigerator into the perfect cheesemaking space.
