MFM SubSeal-60 is a self-adhering waterproofing membrane that has a polymer film with a layer of specifically formulated rubberized asphalt adhesive suitable for use on siding and exterior plaster. The house wrap was designed for extreme moisture protection and has a mastic selvedge on both edges for improved sealing. It has a broad temperature range allowing installation in cold weather. The SubSeal-60 can adhere to most clean, dry surfaces including: wood, vinyl, metal and masonry. Features: Pre-fabricated 60 mil self adhering sheet-type waterproofing membrane.
